CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PATHWAYS

Please note that direct Canadian citizenship purchase is not an option. Instead, you're investing in expanding or establishing a business in Canada, paving the way for your journey to permanent residency and, ultimately, Canadian citizenship.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP)

This pathway empowers you to invest in the establishment of a new enterprise or assume control and enhance the growth of an existing business within a Canadian province or territory. By doing so, you become eligible to apply for a work permit, allowing you to actively manage your Canadian business. Subsequently, this option enables the province or territory to nominate you for permanent residency, ultimately paving the way for Canadian citizenship.

FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The specific requirements vary based on the chosen province. At present, we welcome individuals with a minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD, who are prepared to invest a minimum of $250,000 CAD into their Canadian business.

INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFEREES (ICT)

Facilitating the seamless extension of your established business from your home country to Canada, the Intra-Company Transferees (ICT) option opens avenues for you and other eligible employees to be transferred to Canada on a work permit. Following one year of successful Canadian business operation, you generally become eligible to apply for permanent residency, paving the way for eventual citizenship.

FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

While there's no specific minimum net worth or investment requirement, it is essential to ensure that you possess sufficient funds to effectively execute your business plan in Canada.
